Free Personal Training Consultation

All prospective clients are given a free no-obligation consultation session lasting approximately one hour. Gemma will ask questions about your medical history, injuries, any childbirth experiences, and general lifestyle questions. She will then take your blood pressure to ensure it is safe to exercise without a doctor's recommendation*.

A series of additional checks may also be made, including body measurements, weight and body fat percentage. This is not compulsory and Gemma respects the fact that some people may not want to give this information at this stage.

You will then be able to discuss the options available to you and ask any questions you may still have. When the session is over, simply get in contact with Gemma if you would like to proceed with a programme of personal training and she will draw up a plan of action to get you back on your feet again.

Whether you are able to train once per week or four times per week, Gemma is there to help you to achieve your ideal figure!
